This is a quirky (ugly) house in our neighborhood.
A few years ago their VW van caught fire and burnt down their garage. When they rebuilt they decided to add this odd shaped room on top of the garage.
On the highest point of the addition they added a plastic iguana. It is seriously the ugliest house on the block, but that iguana always makes me laugh.

We all have an ugly house on our block. I kind of like the creature on top.
I love the angle you used to shoot the ugly house, but what is that in the foreground? Could it be flowers? We have not seen a flower in so long, I forgot what they looked liked.
Winter just won't go away. We were at the beach this time last year, working on our tans. Now, we are still dressing up like the little kid in The Christmas Story.
I can't wait to see flowers peeping up around here.

So true. Every neighborhood has THAT house. Do real iguanas like to go that high? I've only seen them on the ground.
Must be tough to get out of bed on Wednesdays, knowing what your schedule is.

Question is: Are the neighbors as "interesting" as their architecture?
Dealing with the quirks of strange neighbors is one reason I'm glad my closest neighbor is a mile away. LOL
