I let Kate make donuts this morning. Since I don't ever make fried foods this was a rare treat.
Kate deemed donut making the best part of her weekend.

Sunday evening, 8:00 and I haven't taken a picture for the day. Since I have several bouquets of flowers siting around making my house smell pretty they become the subject for the day.
Probably hard to see....but this is a shot of the firefighters rescuing a man who drove off the freeway and into the canyon late in the afternoon. Ouch!
I pulled my camera out just long enough to take a picture of the food at the "wrap" party. Then I shoved it back in it's bag and relaxed.......for the first time in several weeks!!!

These are the Candy bars that I am "making" to give to the fifth graders on Friday night (after our last performance). I only have 50 more to go!
Right now everyone's roses are in full bloom. The aroma coming off of these beauties is intoxicating.
If you have been following my 365 blog you know by now that I live on top of a canyon.
My friend and I have decided to start meeting at the gym four days a week to work out together. Our one rule......you can't call in advance if you are going to flake. One flake can lead to two flakes. So best to keep your flaking to yourself.
The fence between my house and my neighbors seems to be a lizard highway. You can almost always find a lizard or two scampering across the top of the fence. I was outside this morning making sure Molly didn't escape into the canyon and I caught this little guy doing push ups.
I forgot to take my camera out with me today, so today's picture is of what I look at before I got to sleep each night.
On Wednesday, after a very looooong School Performance practice I came out to my car to discover that some JERK had left some of their cars paint on the front bumper of my car.
When my girls were little their Daddy would iron their clothes in the morning. They got used to putting on warm, unwrinkled clothes.....a habit was formed.
I tried to take a few pictures of the kids on stage during the finale practice. Unfortunately I still need a lot of practice getting good low lighting shots. This is the only shot that was sort of in focus!
Tuesday, 10:30 in the evening and I just finished up my Back Stage directors notes for Wednesday's cast practice. I realized at that time that I hadn't taken a picture for the day. So, here you have a shot of my directors notes and a few props waiting to be put into use!
