Day 151 {Bubble blowing}
Taking bubble shots does require a willing bubble blower. Kate and I had so much fun taking bubble shots this afternoon. For Kate it was the best when I was trying to get the shot without letting the bubbles hit the lens of my camera!!
Day 150 {Bikini season}
The summer swimming season at Grandpa and Oma's pool has started!!
Day 149 {Party Girl}
Reid all dressed up for a birthday party for two of her friends. At first the guest were a little annoyed that the dress code for the party was semi formal.......but in the end I think the girls liked having the opportunity to get dressed up. It is always nice to see her in something other than skinny jeans and a tank top!!!
Day 148 {Queen of the world}
Do you remember that scene in the movie Titanic when Kate and Leo's characters are perched at the front of the Titanic? Well, that is what Molly looks like when she rides in the car.
Day 147 {Dancing feet}
Last year our Poodle Xena ate three pairs of Kate's ballet shoes. This year I made Kate keep her three pairs of delicious leather dance shoes in a bag hanging in the garage. The recital is on June 19th and so far all three pairs are still intact. I am thinking that I need to knock on wood right now!
I can't wait to show you all how cute Kate's recital costumes are! The tutu for the ballet piece is to die for. :)
Day 146 {Hangman}
Kate was helping our next door neighbors play hangman. Listening to a 4 and 6 year old play hangman with each other is very humorous.
Day 145 {Completed fun}
As promised, here is the mixed media art project that I completed. I totally copied the design from the article in the magazine (cloth paper scissors), but now that I have done it once I have all sorts of ideas for my own design.

The picture of Reid is so great! wish we lived closer so I can come over for coffee and be amazed!! -Love from AL
That must be a vicious game of Hangman since it requires a helmet! ;)
The art piece turned out very well!
I want to play with my bubble wand. My crazy sister-in-law got me one a couple of weeks ago. Nope, I'm NEVER going to grow up.
Reid looks GREAT all dressed up. But I have a feeling she always looks good. :)
Yep, I do remember that Titanic scene. Molly is cute.
I love blowing bubbles! Great shot! Love Sujomi's comment about the neighbors playing hangman. Your art project is so cool! It's fun to dress up for special ocassions! Everytime I see a pic of Molly, it reminds me of my Beagle Flash.
Wow, I love your photos as always, especially your point of view!!
Kate looks fantastic in her party dress and I'm sure it's nice to be dressed up more than normal.
The bath clothes on the line with the sun behind are also great! The summer is starting here now (I hope!!!) and maybe we'll get bikini season soon too.
I never saw such a big thing for blowing bubbles before!!
Hugs from the other side of the world, maike
So great ideas and fantastic, as always!
Love the art project you made! Where are you going to hang it?
Here's to hoping the shoes make it :)
Well done on the art project -- I think it's SOOOO you!
That must be some kind of hazardous game of hangman -- to require the helmet.
If I had a dance studio (which I don't) I would enlarge and frame those shoes -- what a neat shot - and I love the subtle color.
Wow, your adorable girls are suddenly beautiful young women.
I just love your pics!!
I heart each of one!!! Love the colors and the beautiful girls!!
Very fun picture. I love your photographs too!
