Ever try herding kittens?

I know all about herding cats. I have to line up people all the time for shots for the newspaper. It does not matter if you are dealing with 6 or 60 year olds, it is all the same.

I spend about 20 minutes lining everyone up, and they move or blink, and I have to spend another 20 minutes trying to get one good shot. Then I tell them to stay where they are so I can put their names with their faces, and they start to move around.
