Day 286 {Beautiful sunrise}
The front of our house faces directly east, which means the back faces directly west.This shot is from the back yard and I usually show it during the sunset.
This was the sunrise reflecting off the clouds....this picture doesn't begin to capture how gorgeous it was.

What a gorgeous sunset pic... I know what you mean about the photo not conveying the totality of the beauty. I've had sunlight reflect off the clouds here before, and when I look at my pics later, I'm usually rather disappointed.
But I think you really captured it well here!

I agree most of the pictures are not able to capture how gorgeous it was.
